  Guest review: We checked out shortly after checking in - room reeked of smoke, and just plain looked and felt bad - hotel wouldn't give me refund because I threw something in trash and removed comforter from bed - I had to wait 15 minutes to get room key while employees talked about personal matters - don't recommend - Apr 2007
